These General Terms of Use and Sale (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the relationship between Nexus Temporis Corporation d.o.o. (hereinafter: "We", "Us" or "Seller"), headquartered in Belgrade, and the service user (hereinafter: "You" or "User") on the website for airport parking reservation (hereinafter: "Website"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the parties. By using the Website or making a reservation, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to the branch of Nexus Temporis Corporation d.o.o. engaged in airport parking services with transfer (hereinafter: "Aero Parking branch"). If you have any questions, please contact us using the details provided below.

All services are provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia and other relevant regulations.

2. Information About Products and/or Services

We provide airport parking services at Nikola Tesla Belgrade Airport (BEG), with a free round-trip shuttle transfer to and from the terminal. The service includes:

— Secure vehicle parking in a fenced, well-lit, and video-monitored area (24/7 surveillance).
— Free transfer to and from the terminal (approximately 2–5 minutes ride).

Limitations: The service is intended for personal vehicles (cars, SUVs); there is no support for trucks or vehicles longer than 5 meters. The parking facility is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Parking location: Sremskih Partizana 133, Surčin

The service is available 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Reservations are made in advance via the Website, but on-site payment is also possible.

3. Terms of Sale (including payment, delivery, complaints)

Payment:
Supported methods: Online card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, DinaCard) in advance via the Website.
Currency: RSD (Serbian dinars).
On-site payment: Cash or card payment available on location (same card types).
There are no hidden fees; the transfer is free of charge.

Service Delivery:
Upon successful reservation and payment, the User receives an email confirmation for parking access.
Delivery: The service is provided on the territory of the Republic of Serbia (Surčin).
Timeframe: Immediately upon arrival at the parking lot, with transfer within 5–10 minutes.

Complaints and Cancellation:
Cancellation policy for online payments: Free cancellation within 24 hours of making the reservation (full refund within 7 days). No-show: the full amount is retained.
Complaints: The User may file a complaint within 7 days of service completion (e.g., vehicle damage). Contact us via email or phone; response within 48 hours.
Refund: Via the same payment method, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

4. Confidential Data Protection

We protect the User's confidential data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia and GDPR standards (where applicable). Protection measures include:

— Use of SSL/TLS encryption for all transactions on the Website (HTTPS protocol).
— Payment data (card numbers) is not stored on our servers; it is processed directly via a secure payment gateway (tokenization).
— Physical and digital protection: Servers are hosted in secure data centers with firewalls, antivirus software, and regular security audits.

5. Statement on Collection and Use of Personal Data

We collect the following personal data during the reservation process: full name, email address, phone number, vehicle registration number, arrival/departure dates and times, flight number (optional).

Purpose of collection: Reservation processing, sending confirmations, contacting in case of changes (e.g., flight delay), service improvement. Data is not used for marketing without explicit consent.

Legal basis for processing: Contractual obligation (Art. 12 of the Law on Personal Data Protection). Consent is obtained during the reservation process (checkbox).

Data sharing: Only with necessary partners (e.g., payment provider, transfer courier). We do not sell data to third parties.

User rights: You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of data processing by sending a request to rezervacije@aeroparking.rs. Response deadline: 30 days. Data is retained for 2 years after the service (due to tax obligations) and then deleted.

6. Currency Conversion Statement

All payments will be charged in Serbian currency - Dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

7. Payment & Security Declarations (WSpay/Monri)

Payment Authorization:
Payments are processed via the WSpay payment system, authorized by Monri Payments. Card payments are fully secure: card details are entered directly on the bank/processor page and are never accessible to the seller. The seller does not store card data.

Card Data Protection:
The WSpay system applies the PCI DSS standard for payment card data protection. All card data is transmitted via SSL encryption (256-bit). The seller does not obtain or store card details.

Payment Complaints:
If you believe your card was incorrectly charged, please contact us at rezervacije@aeroparking.rs or +381 69 445 4255. All complaints are resolved within 24 hours. For unauthorized transactions, please also contact your card-issuing bank.

Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, DinaCard.

Currency: All transactions are in RSD (Serbian dinars). There are no hidden fees.

VAT Statement:
Nexus Temporis Corporation d.o.o. is not registered for VAT. Displayed prices are final and are not subject to additional VAT calculation.

8. Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, the currently most advanced cryptographic technology. Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor. At no point is the payment card data accessible to our system.

9. Protection of User Privacy

On behalf of Nexus Temporis Corporation d.o.o. (Aero Parking branch), we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic data about customers/users and data required for business operations and informing users, in accordance with good business practice and with the aim of providing a quality service. We give customers the option to choose, including the option to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer/user data is strictly kept and accessible only to employees for whom this data is necessary to perform their job. All employees of Nexus Temporis Corporation d.o.o. 10. Refunds

In the event of returned goods and a refund to a customer who has previously paid with one of the payment cards, in whole or in part, regardless of the reason for the return, Nexus Temporis Corporation d.o.o. (Aero Parking branch) is obliged to process the refund exclusively via the Visa, Mastercard, DinaCard and Maestro payment methods, meaning that the bank will, at the seller's request, refund the amount to the cardholder's account.
